New GWNC Board & Alternates Elected

The Greater Wilshire community has successfully elected a new GWNC Board for the upcoming 2-year term starting in July, 2023. Click HERE for a link to the election results.

At a special joint meeting of the GWNC Transportation Committee and Board on April 21, 2021, LADOT representatives David Somers, Rubina Ghazarian, and Severin Martinez presented on and answered questions about the Stress Free Connections Project, which includes the GWNC intersections of 4th/Highland, 4th/Rossmore, and Beverly/St. Andrews. Neighborhood Purposes Grants (NPG) are awarded to certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or public schools for projects that build community, enhance the neighborhood, and are open, accessible, and free to the general public.
