Subject matter jurisdiction

All matters concerning promoting and maintaining a system of outreach to involve all Stakeholders in all activities of the GWNC, including but not limited to recruiting nominees for subsequent election to the Board, recruiting Committee members, and maximizing the opportunity for every Stakeholder to participate in the GWNC.
