Subject matter jurisdiction
All matters concerning public safety, emergency preparedness, crime, homelessness, and stakeholder well-being which come before the GWNC and which do not fall within the subject matter jurisdiction of another GWNC Committee, or which are expressly referred by the Board to the Committee
