We are aware of many problems as the first batch of ballots have arrived. We are working with the City Clerk, Department of Neighborhood Empowerment, CD5 and CD4 offices and the City Attorney to make sure than incorrect or incomplete ballots are corrected as soon as possible.
We understand that the City Clerk’s current plan is to contact everyone who has registered to make sure they are receiving the correct and complete ballot.
If you have not yet received your ballot or have received an incorrect ballot, please let the City Clerk know immediately:
