We are one of ninety-nine Neighborhood Councils and serve as liaisons between our Greater Wilshire community and the City. We are a volunteer, elected Board with members representing our various neighborhoods and community interests.

Neighborhood Purposes Grants (NPG) are awarded to certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or public schools for projects that build community, enhance the neighborhood, and are open, accessible, and free to the general public.
